Payment Information

 All custom pieces require 3/4 payment up front before, the item is created. This is to help cover the cost of supplies and labor. The remaining balance is due when the item is ready for pick up.

 

Shipping Information

Items that are IN STOCK are usually shipped within five business days of receiving a cleared payment. For items that are MADE TO ORDER, please allow about 2 weeks for your piece to be created; sometimes it can take time to find the appropriate materials to make your piece special. 

Your item will arrive to you carefully packaged using as much recycled materials as possible.  Domestic shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on size of the item. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Past, Imperfect for options and pricing.

 

Easy Returns

Your business is appreciated and your satisfaction is of the highest priority.  Past, Imperfect accepts exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the item does not work. Returned items must be in original condition for full credit of the purchase price (shipping cost is not refundable). Please make sure that the item is properly packaged in its original packaging and you use the correct address and appropriate shipping methods for return shipping. I can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
